The Helicopter Hoist Maintenance Stand is a durable and foldable maintenance stand for off-aircraft maintenance requirements of a helicopter external hoist.  The stand provides maintenance personnel with a safe and reliable platform to complete major and minor hoist maintenance tasks.  These tasks include leaving the hoist inverted for a period of time to drain oil.  The rotational portion of the stand is specifically designed around the correct center of gravity to provide safe and easy movement of the hoist, as well as the ability to lock into any position needed in the 360-degree range of motion.  The stand is outfitted with a lockable turntable and oil pan that allows the user to rotate a drum for changing cables or oil.  This stand is perfect for down range maintenance activities while deployed as well as in a hanger or on the flight line.
